Liz is an experienced sales and business professional with extensive work experience in the hospitality sector and a background in tourism management. Liz’s love for exploration led her to Bali, where she crossed paths with Anna. Sharing the same values and passion, they soon discovered that their knowledge and strengths complemented each other’s, thus a new partnership was born.
Liz is now based in Indonesia full time, with a design office in Bali, where she manages and coordinates all operations and productions for the Indonesian sister company.
NONA STUDIO is a well-respected name in real estate and interior design on the island. Already boasting a resume of projects as close to home as Villas in Uluwatu, to entire beach clubs in Europe or hotels in Costa Rica, Liz and her team take care of everything from design conception, sourcing, production and installation.
After completing her degree in Interior Architecture in London, Anna ventured into the residential and hospitality sectors, overseeing notable projects like the South Kensington Club, the Baglioni Hotel’s Bar & Restaurant and numerous residential projects with the Berkeley Group and other real estate developers in London.
With over a decade of experience in London and Los Angeles, Anna returned to her roots in Vienna, inspired to create a meaningful impact through slow design. Thus, she founded Atelier Holzbauer together with her business partner Liz, with offices in Vienna, London and Bali, working on projects worldwide.
